Manual Dissolution Testing for USP methods 1,2, 5 and 6

Baskets, paddles, paddles over disk and cylinders testing can be done with the same dissolution bath. Six samples plus a blank are tested

The SOTAX AT 7smart dissolution testing unit determines the in-vitro drug release from common pharmaceutical dosage forms according to pharmacopoeia requirements

For a manual sampling Dissolution Bath, also called Dissolution Tester, the operator will stagger the sample introduction and withdraw a sample using a cannula from the vessel at defined time points. The sample will then be filtered and analyzed independently.
